We've spent a lot of time around potatoes. Enough to know what makes a really good one.
how this started
Long before Digs was on the bag, we were already in the potato business.
We've spent years close to the crop, growing potatoes ourselves and working alongside growers we trust. Along the way, we've learned what to look for, what makes a great potato and just how much you can do with one.
Digs brings all that potato know-how out from behind the scenes and onto the shelf.

More ways to cook it. More varieties to try. More reasons to put it in the middle of the plate. Potatoes are one of the simplest foods around, but boring? Not even close.
Crispy edges. Fluffy middles. Buttery, salty, golden. Potatoes don't need much help being ridiculously good.
